How to pay by UPI QR ​

With Dynamic QR, you pay your library directly from any UPI app, such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM. The QR is made for your exact amount.

Steps ​

  1. At checkout, choose Dynamic QR and tap Continue to UPI QR. See How to pay.
  2. Under Scan & Pay, scan the QR with any UPI app. On your phone, you can tap Open UPI App instead.
  3. Pay the amount shown. Your receipt number is already in the UPI payment message, so your library can find your payment.
  4. Optional: after paying, copy the UTR (the transaction reference) from your UPI app. Enter it in Enter UTR if available and tap Submit UTR.

What happens next ​

Your payment stays pending until your library checks it in its bank or UPI app. The UTR is optional, but it helps them find your payment faster. Once they confirm it, your booking is confirmed and your receipt shows as paid in Payments and receipts.

If you entered the wrong UTR, open the payment again and tap Update UTR.
