Librarify runs your study library or reading room: seats, time slots, members, fees and receipts, all in one place, on a phone or a computer.

The words you'll see

Word	What it means
Library	Your study space. One account can run several libraries (branches).
Seat	A desk or chair members book, such as A1.
Slot	A fixed time block members book, such as Morning 9–2 or Evening 6–10. Some libraries call these shifts or batches.
Member	A student or reader who books seats in your library.
Assignment	A member booked into a seat for one or more slots, from a start date to an end date.
Receipt	The bill for a booking, which members can download.

Set up your library in this order

1. Sign up for a Librarify account.
2. Create your library. If you signed up from a free-trial offer, you get 15 days with no payment.
3. Run the setup wizard. It walks you through seats, opening hours, slots and members.
4. Add more seats, create your slots and set prices whenever you need to.
5. Add your members.
6. Book members into seats, and renew them each month.

Guides for your members

Your members have their own guides for reserving, renewing and paying. Share For members, or the same guides on your own site at yourlibrary.librarify.in/docs/for-members, which show your library's name and logo.

Owners log in at librarify.in. Your staff and members sign in on your library's own sign-in page. See How to log in.
